酒店太老了，老到什麼程度，連門禁卡都沒有，要用鑰匙開房間門……感覺不應該是4星酒店，也就當地二星三星的樣子

一家1881年的酒店，非常具有歷史感，能感覺到房間100多年的變化不大（傢俱估計有小100年壽命了）。G層的佈置很有歷史的風情。服務不錯，因為電梯不方便，服務員可以幫着搬行李。但房間的設施確實太老舊了，空調要麼噪音很大，要麼沒效果。體驗下佛羅倫薩歷史的風情還不錯，舒適度確實一般。

Maybe it was too late to book and it happened to be the peak season. My room was like a maid's room, but everything else was fine! Very convenient and safe location! The hotel is really beautiful! The service staff is very kind!
