Wonderful hotel, charming staff, great room and hotel very central. Had a fabulous stay. Thank you

Location was good. Amenities were not very good and not very bad. And some of the facilities were not functioned well. The problem was that the staffs at the front were a bit rude. I’m not sure their attitude has something to do with my race. But I felt like they just don’t like us because we are asian. it was not professional. If I come back to Florence some day, I don’t think I choose this hotel again.

Very historic hotel. Many modern amenities. Junior suite had two spacious rooms and a nice jet bathtub and a good shower. Bottled water available at Front Desk daily. Hotel bar was very romantic. Service and staff were excellent. Breakfast was one of the best we had in Rome.

We arrived in April 39,2024 and when we got to checkin the desk clerk relayed that we had been upgraded to a junior suite We got to the rim and upon inspection found a mysterious stain on a pillow case we called down to ghe front desk they immediately sent room service to us and we asked that all the linens be replaced. The staff person from the front desk arrived and the problem was resolved immiately Later we received some fresh fruit to accompany our welcome bottle of Prosecco with chocolate covered strawberries as this trip was suppose to be our twentieth wedding anniversary and a part of our Italian trip of a lifetime. I called our travel agent regarding a separate issue when she said I saw you two got upgraded at ghe hotel. How do you like the Duomo facing view “. We sent her pictures of our view and she was all apologies. She had booked us a deluxe room with a Duomo facing view. We learned a valuable lesson in upgrading our room is directly across from a business meeting room todays meeting on Art something or other with 2 days of rainy weather it would have been nice to relax in a room with a view imbibing in some wine and people watching from afar. Too bad it was not allowed please be very careful even “nice” hotels try to move people staying for a longer stay (4 nights) out of the rooms with prime views

Wonderful hotel, highly recommended. The staff were incredible, and treated us to an upgrade to a suite on our last night for my 50th birthday. The hotel is in a great position for all the tourist attractions and the excellent bars and restaurants. Stunning hotel, stunning city!

This is our second visit to the Brunelleschi Hotel and it did not disappoint! The staff are welcoming, helpful and really friendly and the rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. The hotel itself is a stones throw from the Duomo, with easy access to all the major sights of the city by foot. If you are looking for a warm welcome, comfortable rooms in a beautiful old building in the heart of Florence, then this is the hotel for you.
