Casa Howard Firenze - Residenza d'Epoca

I recently stayed at casa Howard and I absolutely loved it! The unique design added a special charm to the place, making my stay memorable. The staff were amazing - friendly, helpful they booked for us a very nice restaurant for dinner. Favourite part was the breakfast - it was absolutely delicious!!! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a delightful and cozy stay.

The room was not as described - booked a garden view but got a wall with trash cans underneath. Management tried to extract hundreds of euros more for the garden view I already paid for. The room was terrible in other ways too - TV in shower areas and you couldn't see it from the bed. Wifi wasnt' working. Tiny desk hidden in the closet. Although the front desk woman agreed the room had a “garden wall” view; not garden or courtyard, they refused to provide a refund and told me to stay elsewhere if I didnt like it. The front desk woman (Elena?) said she didnt want to be working at the hotel anyway.

I went to Casa Howard with my mother for a night and we wish we could have stayed for ever! We immediately felt at home in their unique and elegant rooms as you could feel that every little detail was thought about with love and care! The breakfast in bed was delicious, the towels and sheets were immaculate and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk from Santa Maria Novella, and the Ponte Vecchio. We highly recommend!

Very nice, clean and comfortable accommodation. We received all necessary indications on restaurants, trips and place to visit. Our room was perfect with lot of day light. Outside flag was making noise and staff fixed it immediately. Will be back

Every timeI come back to this magical place it’s always a dream! There is always a new room to discover, a new detail that catches your eye, the place is constantly improving but the cozy, warm, lovely vibe is always there! Such a great pleasure to spend a few days at Casa Howard! Amazing ❤️

My “go to place” in Florence. I went back to Casa Howard after a bit less than a year after my previous stay and my experience was even better than last time. Wonderful and very caring host with exceptional staff. First class breakfast.

Very convenient to train station. Bed was hard and uncomfortable although decor was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and arrived very timely. Staff was not very welcoming and tried to charge us a late fee although arrived before 10pm.
