The hotel is in a good location, right next to the old bridge; there are security staff at the door, so it's safe; the hotel is stylishly decorated inside and outside, and the rooms are nice. We booked what seems to be a gallery room. Although the layout is a little small, the facilities are complete and the hygiene is not bad. The room type and layout are classic and retro. The hotel gave us a room with a terrace, which is very nice and well-lit. The black tea for breakfast is very delicious! The restaurant is not big but very beautiful! Except for the slightly less choices for breakfast, it's generally good.

Nice boutique hotel, room is outdated but can see the old charm, breakfast is really good and the ambiance is really nice :) overall is a good hotel writhing value !

This hotel is so close to the Ponte Vecchio , and was clean , quiet , fancy, professional, perfect. The bath was immaculately kept. Love the turn down service. Breakfast was lovely. The towels were heated on a rack, bathrobes strong and soft. Beds were comfortable. A/c worked fine. Sliding glass door but no balcony.

Location Location Location!! Not to mention the top notch service & amenities, room was fabulous. The towels, pillows, bed & all furnishings were stellar. The finest kind of toiletries and fixtures in the bathroom! We will be back, it was a great hotel!

Ho avuto modo di pernottare in questo hotel situato nei pressi di Ponte Vecchio a Firenze per motivi di lavoro... che dire...hotel di ottimo livello in posizione centralissima. La mia camera era molto carina, il bagno (nonostante non fosse moderno) era ampio con teli in abbondanza, accappatoi e tutto il necessario. Lo stile della hall è moderno, con varie frasi artistiche sui muri.. presente anche una piccola zona tisaneria a disposizione degli ospiti tutto il tempo (la tisana è molto buona... provatela!) La colazione viene servita nella zona libreria.. ampia scelta di dolce (yogurt molto buoni, marmellata, torte, croissant, pane, frutta) e di salato (diversi tipi di formaggi, funghi trifolati, affettati). Menzione di merito al personale della reception (tutti molto disponibili e gentili, sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra, fattore purtroppo non scontato in questo settore); menzione anche per il personale della sala colazioni... (Letizia, Agnese, e Alice anche loro sempre sorridenti e gentili). Hotel estremamente consigliato!
