The hotel is in a good location, right next to the old bridge; there are security staff at the door, so it's safe; the hotel is stylishly decorated inside and outside, and the rooms are nice. We booked what seems to be a gallery room. Although the layout is a little small, the facilities are complete and the hygiene is not bad. The room type and layout are classic and retro. The hotel gave us a room with a terrace, which is very nice and well-lit. The black tea for breakfast is very delicious! The restaurant is not big but very beautiful! Except for the slightly less choices for breakfast, it's generally good.

Nice boutique hotel, room is outdated but can see the old charm, breakfast is really good and the ambiance is really nice :) overall is a good hotel writhing value !

We had a wonderful stay while on family vacation to Florence. The hotel is perfectly located right at the end of the Ponte de Vecchio, yet tucked away to feel private and exclusive. We stayed in the Penthouse Suite, which was superb. The bed and linens were great. the walk-in shower was spacious and had terrific water pressure. The amenities of the room were all top notch, and the massive walk-out, multi-level roof-top terrace gave jaw-dropping view of Florence! The staff went out of their way to make the entire experience feel special. I would whole-heartedly recommend Gallery Art, and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Tucked away in the best location - right in the jewellery bridge. Felt safe for a solo female traveller. Rooms comfortable and breakfast lots of choice. Walked everywhere from this hotel. Highly recommend. Staff always able to recommend restaurants or walking routes.

Food and service was excellent. Staff were very nice. Everything we needed was taken care of when required. They offered Everything we needed and more. When we come back we we'll surely be making a visit here again as it it the very best!!!!!!!

We knew this wasn't a five star hotel from the very beginning. The room however was perfect and the location could not be beat. Maybe 2 blocks from ponte vechio and easy eats or shopping. Staff was terrific for us. So no complaints at all, breakfast was fine and the rooftop bar across the trip was worthwhile
