Very nice, responsive staff, always ready to help. We sent detailed instructions in advance on how to find the hotel. The rooms are spacious, the furniture is tired. The room has coffee, tea, cups, a kettle, shower accessories, and disposable slippers. There is a water cooler on the floor. You can leave your luggage without any problems.

Fantastic hosts and great location! Gives good restaurant recommendations and very homely place. Short walk from SMN train station and can also take the tram to airport easily.

Luciano e la moglie sono persone davvero squisite e disponibili. Abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza quadrupla davvero spaziosa. Per un soggiorno breve è davvero un'ottima soluzione: vicinissimo alla stazione e centrale per visitare la città.

Prodotti in bagno. Possibilità di prepararsi the o caffè in camera. Distributore per acqua in corridoio. Prese in ogni angolo (e al giorno d'oggi sono comodissime). Una struttura stra accogliente. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in custodia prima del check in e dopo il check out. Ma il VALORE AGGIUNTO a questa bella struttura ,viene data dal proprietario....il Signor Luciano. Disponibile,cortese, professionale. Attento in tutto e per tutto Non vi anticipiamo nulla....i suoi racconti di vita anche per pochi minuti ....sono affascinanti. Quindi se andrete a Firenze non ve ne pentirete. A pochi metri da Santa Maria Novella e a nemmeno dieci minuti dalla stazione dei treni. Tornerei domattina . Grazie Luciano.
