The room is nice and the location is good. It is between the tourist attractions and the train station, and you can walk to anywhere. Except for Piazzale Michelangelo. The hotel service is very attentive. The room windows can be opened. Except for the lack of a gym, everything else is good. My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights during the Chinese New Year and we were very satisfied! The location is very good, all attractions are within walking distance (the farthest Michelangelo Square is about 35 minutes away, it is OK to visit the city on the way back). Our room faced the atrium, which was very quiet. The breakfast is quite rich (you have to be able to adapt to European cold meats/cheese, etc.), and it was acceptable for us to eat it for 6 consecutive days. On the last day, we have to catch a flight at 6:30 in the morning, and the restaurant also provides lunch boxes, so it’s OK to have a full meal. The waiters at the counter/restaurant and in the room are very polite and worthy of praise! The hotel's lounge is quite atmospheric and can be used to relax.
