位置很好，步行就可到那幾個景點，廣場附近很多大牌的店，房間佈置也很nice，打破了我對非全球酒店的片面認識。可以推薦。

酒店位置很好 離百花大教堂步行十分鐘 周圍很多餐廳還有購物 房間很舒適 服務很快速 但是隔音不是特別好 可能是因為房子有些年代的原因 總體來説推薦入住

My husband and I are just finishing our stay at the NH Collection Porta Rosa, and it has been an exceptional experience from start to finish! From the moment we stepped into the NH Collection Porta Rosa, we were greeted by the doorman with warm smiles and a genuine desire to make our stay memorable. The receptionist and Nadine Ezzat, Guest Relations, were not just friendly, but their professionalism and dedication to service made us feel truly at home. Nadine, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our check-in and the entire stay were seamless, provided us with excellent recommendations for local attractions and businesses, and made all necessary reservations. The room is spacious, with high ceilings and lots of light, elegantly decorated, and equipped with a very comfortable bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We appreciated the attention to detail in the room's design and amenities, which truly enhanced our stay. The beds are made daily, and the sheets and towels are particularly clean. The laundry did a great job, too—all our clothes were returned the same day in perfect condition. The breakfast served at the hotel is excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Whether you prefer a hearty breakfast or something lighter, there was something to satisfy every palate. They also serve lunch and dinner. One of the most exciting aspects of NH Collection Porta Rosa is its prime central location. It is not just conveniently situated, but it's a gateway to the city's vibrant attractions, bustling shops, and diverse restaurants. Everything we needed was within walking distance, which added a sense of adventure and excitement to our stay. Overall, the superb service, starting from the doorman and including every professional and welcoming employee, the comfortable accommodations, and the prime location made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend NH Collection Porta Rosa to anyone visiting the area. My husband and I will be returning on our next trip! Many thanks to everyone at this beautiful hotel. He pasado una noche en este hotel y todo ha sido fantástico. El edificio es increible, merece la pena solo verlo pero ya dormir en él, en una habitación maravillosa, lo recomiendo muchísimo. Estuvimos en una habitación muy amplia, con una cama super cómoda y el baño grande y todo muy limpio. El desayuno perfecto, tenía de todo y riquísimo. Nos atendieron muy bien y el portero es super amable, nos explicó la historia del hotel, de los dueños que eran comerciantes... gracias! El único punto negativo es que al ser sábado había mucha gente por el centro de la ciudad haciendo ruido y gritando, pero es inevitable cuando eliges una muy buena ubicación para visitar la ciudad.

Bellissimo hotel in centro a Firenze in un palazzo da sogno. Ho soggiornato due notti in una stanza bellissima, arredata con molta cura in stile “mix” classico/moderno, molto elegante. Camera veramente bella, come tutto l’hotel. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo, mi hanno accolto con tutte le premure del caso. Colazione ottima.
