otel 100% recomendado en todos los aspectos. Tiene una perfecta ubicación si quieres conocer Florencia, todos los atractivos turísticos están cerca de él. Fabulous hotel ! Great bed & pillows . Staff very friendly, professional & kind . Breakfast was unbelievable ... the staff at breakfast wonder... Bernadette & Chiara & the a gentleman man on Monday & Tuesday Am . Great location . Clean rooms Costco did great choosing for us !

This is our favorite hotel in Florence and we have stayed here many times. We particularly love the beautiful room where breakfast is served. We are treated very well here.

We stayed at hotel for three nights and we had a very good experience with staff in the hotel. Breakfast was tasty and served in old style restaurant. We had a suite in the top of the hotel with view to the Porta Rossa street, sometimes street walkers were noisy at night but windows had a wooden cover and it reduced noise and light. Our stay there was good except bad weather in the start

The hotel is very good, excellent location, you can walk to any interesting location very quickly. Amazing service and very good breakfast.
If you go by car, you better call the hotel because instructions to reach the hotel are not easy and not a simple GPS route.
