PROS: - Location is just 5 minutes away from the Duomo- Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore - The lane is full of Restaurants & Cafeteria - Less than 10 minutes from the main train station - The room have the basic facilities and the bed was quite comfortable - The owner is very pleasant and accommodating to ensure a comfortable stay - The price is right - Near to the Mercato centrale (a place one must visit) - Will certainly recommend this place for a brief stay in Florence CONS: - Shower area needs to be improved - Torn Flag on the main entrance door needs to be changed

The room is actually a hostel type of room. It was full of mosquitoes and were all bit up. There were no fans available so we had to leave the window open a little or we would have roasted in the room. Also the double bed had one side sunken in. The tv was a size of a small computer monitor and the stairs to climb up to the room had the railing super wobbly. Would not recommend it to anyone.
