I booked at this B&B for two weekend nights (higher rates) and tried to switch for later dates (weekdays) and requested the owner to change the dates or give me a credit for future use, but he tried his best to take my money and even stopped picking up the phone. Seems like a dishonest place. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS PLACE, PLEASE.

We had a pleasant stay. Augostino was a great host, very helpful and gave great recommendations on what to do in the Florence area. The breakfast was good: it consisted of croissants, fresh fruit, cheese, salamis, toast, yogurt, cereal, and eggs. During our stay, a water pipe broke somewhere in the neighborhood, leaving us with no water for 24h. Augostino handled it well with providing us with several water bottles, providing updates from the City of Florence, and waived the city tax for the inconvenience. The bed and breakfast is in a quiet residential place. We felt like locals while was nice! It’s about a 10-20 minute walk from the touristy stuff, which was good to walk off the gelato and pasta. Part of the walk is on a steep hill, so it may be challenging for people with mobility issues or for those who don’t want to walk uphill. I would recommend to stay here.

Abbiamo passato due splendidi giorni i questa location silenziosa e confortevole a pochi minuti dal centro di Firenze, avvolti in un'atmosfera che mi ha molto ricordato quella che si respira a casa di un parente caro. Proprietario e staff veramente gentili, dolci e super disponibili, colazione varia e sempre fresca, tutto fatto in casa. Camera pulitissima, con tutti i servizi perfettamente funzionanti. Non potevamo immaginare posto migliore per passare la nostra vacanza.

Enchantes par l'amabilité du host, Augustino, et des ses parents. Points forts de l'établissement: les lits bien confortables, un très jolie terrasse et un petit jardin verdoyant , le quartier calme en-dehors de la ZTL de Firenze mais prêt de la Porta Nuova , la possibilité de bénéficier d'un parking gratuit.

We had decided to plan a trip to Florence for New Years. The owner of the agency offered us a b/b, assuring us that it was close to the centre, as can be seen from the information on the site. Furthermore, the lady showed us photos relating to the structure which, however, arriving on site, were misleading and somewhat disappointing. The external appearance of the structure was satisfactory, but upon entering the reality was very different. The manager's welcome was acceptable, while the room was small, not very usable, towels with holes and sheets not very clean. The heating was sometimes turned off with a succession of blackout episodes. To reach the b/b you had to go up a very tiring uphill road to reach, especially with luggage As regards breakfast, it had to be served in a space used for this purpose, but all this did not happen

Il quartiere è residenziale e affascinante, la finestra della stanza si apre sulle boscose colline fiorentine, non mancano pulizia e buona accoglienza, ma il complesso lascia un'impressione di stantio. Basterebbe un po' più di cura per rendere il tutto un po' più accattivante. Grazie cmq ad Agostino, il gestore, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

We loved the location, easy transportation to the city center or an enjoyable walk. The room was charming, clean and efficient. The owner was attentive and kind, check in was easy. The shower was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again.

Lovely property and owner is very helpful and friendly. It took us about 30 minutes to walk into the city centre.
