酒店前台接待沒有人，放了一個有房卡的信封。房間衞生一般，地面不太乾淨。窗户是雙層的，完全不敢開，不然太吵了。關上窗户，衞生間的水氣又散不出去，所以晚上住宿的體驗感是悶熱的。

算是民宿酒店，離市中心有點兒距離不過走去聖母百花也就20分鐘。酒店入住前需要把護照照片發給前台郵箱，如果不能在8點到下午2點期間到達就自助入住了，前台會把大門密碼發到郵箱，房間門卡用信封裝好放在前台自己找。房間乾淨整潔，就是淋浴頭有點鬆動，整體還不錯價格實惠

衞生很一般，甚至水壺裡全是水垢和上一個房客留下來的半壺水。衞生間有一卷紙還是黃的，地上還有灰塵。除了能做飯還有靠近景點（平均15分鐘分鐘走路）比較推薦外其他都非常一般。
