攜程app極差：1. 攜程欺騙消費者，在遊玩中被告知酒店表示：凌晨到達可能無法入住，也不會退錢。以至於一天都在溝通攜程。
2. 客服表達實在來不及入住，不能強迫我。而不是核對酒店是否有入住時間規定這事，畢竟攜程頁面沒寫。
3. 投訴管家朵兒最差，永遠衹會説她催，會一小時內聯繫，無數個一小時後，出爾反爾，再次承諾一小時聯繫，然後退出，原來是這人下班了，簡直了。那承諾什麼呢？
攜程客服不知如何溝通的，到底是誰的問題？最終並沒有無法入住，衹是晚上無工作人員。在此表揚客服靜潦。
酒店蠻温馨。就是第一晚沒睡覺，被蚊子全身咬……工作人員上班後解決了。攜程依然什麼事都做不了。
裏面小花園挺好看的，有美麗可愛的花。

It is a B&B hotel, a little far from the city center, but it only takes 20 minutes to walk to Santa Maria del Fiore. Before checking in, you need to send your passport photo to the front desk email. If you can't arrive between 8 am and 2 pm, you can check in by yourself. The front desk will send the door password to the email, and the room door card will be put in an envelope and left at the front desk to find it yourself. The room is clean and tidy, but the shower head is a bit loose. Overall it is good and affordable
