Partendo dall’interno questo posto sembra un monastero abbandonato di suore, molto squallido e trascurato. La hall grande e vuota priva di poltrone o servizi per ospiti, addirittura le borse lasciate a terra in un angolo e neanche dentro un ripostiglio. Alcune camere sono “sistemate” come quella in cui alloggiavo, piccola ma ok con bagno anche carino, ma veramente insonorizzate in quanto hanno delle semplici porte da stanza quindi qualsiasi rumore esterno si sentiva perfettamente. A due ore dall’arrivo mi viene inviata una mail dicendo che il servizio colazione dell’albergo non era più disponibile, causandomi non poco disturbo in quanto sono dovuto uscire fuori per prendere qualsiasi cosa per poi rientrare in camera, di certo non comodo e non da comunicare giusto due ore prima dall’arrivo. Buona la posizione ma l l’esperienza non è stata positiva.

We booked it at the same day we did a check in, may be that’s a reason we got a very old room with walls cracks and old furniture. 145 euro is a too high price for a room like that.

Stayed at this hotel and it was a horrible experience. The rooms aren’t the cleanest. There was dust all over the curtains and very run down. There is a number of Mosquitos in the room that bite us a number of times. The staff at reception aren’t very friendly or helpful. One lady in particular was so rude to us and treated us horrible. The worst hotel experience we have ever received from a family who travels a large number of times

Great location. Big room for our family of four. AC worked great. Room was a little dated but overall worked great for our two days that we stayed. Front desk staff were very personable and allowed us to store luggage for free on day of check out. Would definitely come stay again.

La recepción muy amables y eficiente. Te dejan guardar tus maletas y te hacen limpieza diaria. La ubicación es muy buena si vienes de la estación de tren o del aeropuerto pues allí cerca de la estación de tren está la parada del tranvía para el aeropuerto y es muy económico 1.5 €. Las habitaciones son sencillas, pero amplias y las camas son cómodas, baño limpio y muchas toallas limpias y toilletieres. Ciertamente a Florencia vas a conocer entonces para dormir está muy bien y el aire acondicionado funciona bastante bien también tiene secadora de pelo por si necesitas.

Hotel não correspondeu em nada às fotografias. Muito ruidoso, quarto super antiquado. Pessoal antipático, foi apenas dormir e chegar o mais tarde possível. Apenas a localização é de excelência. O parque que refere dispor é num outro hotel, numa outra rua.
