Posizione centralissima. Notte movimentata a causa di schiamazzi dalla strada. Stanza pulita e profumata ma non sufficientemente attrezzata. Bagno cieco e no arieggiato. Colazione dislocata in una pasticceria della zona (non particolarmente abbondante). Enorme difetto il fatto che un addetto alle pulizie alle 8 e 45 del giorno della partenza è entrato in camera senza bussare e successivamente alle 9 e 45 ha bussato nuovamente per sollecitare il check out ( previsto per le 10).

Camere spaziose e pulite, a 5 minuti dal Duomo, peccato che alle 9 del mattino, un tizio ( non si sa chi) bussa e apre la porta della nostra stanza con le chiavi con noi ancora nel letto, esclamandoci "buongiorno".

Kleine und feine Unterkunft mitten im Zentrum der schönen Stadt Florenz. Wir haben hier ein Wochenende verbracht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank befindet sich auch im Zimmer. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Er hat auch eine Kooperation mit einer Garage 2 Straßen weiter, in der man das Auto für ca. 30€ am Tag abstellen kann. Der Preis ist für Florenz normal und es bietet sich an, denn Parkplätze sucht man hier vergeblich. Das Frühstück gibt es in der Pasticceria Sieni, die sich 350 m vom B&B entfernt am Mercato Centrale befindet.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura molto carina. Camere spaziose. Al bagno non funzionava la ventola. Proprietario molto disponibile sia al check in che al check out. Colazione ad un bar non lontano con non troppa scelta ma comunque di qualità.

Ho da poco soggiornato in questa struttura dove devo dire che non mi sono trovata affatto bene. A parte la camera discreta, tutto il resto lasciava a desiderare. Finestre dove passano spifferi, riscaldamento fatto partire solo dopo il nostro arrivo, quindi la prima notte con le temperature rigide che ci sono in questo periodo, siamo stati costretti a dormire vestiti. La ventola del bagno smontata e non funzionante, personale inesistente per qualsiasi evenienza. Per non parlare poi della colazione che si poteva fare in una pasticceria convenzionata dove si poteva bere solo un succo ed una bevanda calda e mangiare un dolce scelto da loro altrimenti c'era da pagare la differenza. Davvero un'esperienza poco gradevole.
