冬天千萬不要定！ 沒有暖氣。就給了個小太陽。晚上凍醒，不能換房，態度極差。房間老舊偏小，價格不貴就衹能這樣了。
家庭旅行，廁所也很小。早餐不要要求太多了。老舊，破舊發黴。還有蜘蛛網🕸️。距離市裡極遠，要乘公交才能到，打車從火車站20歐。

I have spent only one night in the villa. From outside, it looks exactly how you would expect an italian villa on the Florence hills to look like, elegant, sorrounded by green. The room was quite simple and from my room I could hear other guests speaking at night from the corridor.
The breakfast is italian style (i.e. mostly sweets and some warm toasts).

La struttura è in una posizione ottima, c’è il parcheggio dove lasciare la macchina e poi davanti c’è la fermata dell’autobus per raggiungere in pochi minuti Firenze. C’è anche un bellissimo panorama passeggiando a piedi nei dintorni. La colazione abbondante, non manca niente. Le camere minimal, potrebbero sicuramente migliorare l’estetica e renderle un po’ più “calde”, comunque pulite e comode.

It goes above and beyond for the expectations for a 2 star hotel. Also it has free parking , which in Florence is great. Breakfast was good and varied. The area is beautiful, calm and silent, we really slept well and our room was warm in a cold winter night. It’s basic but what do you expect from a 2 star place? It has some common area in the outside, which is ok for summer.
But it need means of transport for Florence, so if you go out at night you’ll have to take a taxi (20 euros).
This place is best enjoyed if you have a car and you are not planning on drinking out.

Nel complesso tutto bene. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Letto comodo (ho apprezzato il doppio cuscino), ambiente ben riscaldato, buona colazione, comodo parcheggio e fermata autobus per il centro vicinissima. Unico difetto, ma per me importante, si sentiva troppo il rumore dell'apertura e chiusura delle porte delle altre camere anche oltre la mezzanotte e la mattina presto.
