Great place to stay in the heart of Florence. Close to Ponte Vecchio. Clean, stylish, and modern room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Attentive housekeeping services. There is no restaurant on the premises, just something to keep in mind.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti e 4 giorni al Parione Uno, il quale si trova in una posizione centrale, nel cuore di Firenze. Stanza pulita, spaziosa e molto bella; dotata di bollitore e frigobar. Personale gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio!!

When we arrived we were greeted by the friendly polite owner, the room was beautiful and clean. In the room we had a fridge, selection of tea and coffee even a kettle. Air con and a fan, In the reception area we were able to use the coffee machine and seating area if we wanted to read a book, which I thought was a lovely touch. Check out is at 11, they allow you to keep you luggage in a cupboard whilst you explore Florence (Firenze). It is close to all shops, cafe and restaurants, and 15 minutes from train station, easy access by foot. When entering the building it is on the 4th floor to the right either by stairs or a quaint lift. I would add Parione uno on your list of places to stay in Florence. Will definately be back, Grazie Mele

Really loved the hospitality, the location, the recommendations given by the staff and their friendliness. The room was simple yet well decorated. I could hear music drift inside from the street below. The wind was also perfect. I had a really good Florence visit thanks to them
