Péssimo atendimento, mesmo que vc pague antecipadamente, eles cobram a caução e te prometem a devolução no check out, mas não cumprem a palavra, garantem a devolução em 48 ou 72 horas e não cumprem. Vc liga e o anfitrião é grosso mal educado, diz não entender seu idioma, enfim para vc receber a devolução da caução vc terá muita raiva. Eu estive lá no inicio de Outubro e até hoje fim de novembro, não recebi a devolução. O acesso é ruim, no terceiro andar, não tem elevador, corredores escuros. Reservei o apartamento proximo a Estação de Trem e fui encaminhado em outro local distante. Melhor ficar em outro local, mesmo pagando um pouco mais caro.

Please be advised, DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!! We paid for 3 nights in late Sept 2022. Although email from agent told us check in was from 1pm there was noone there and phone calls to the property were not answered. Eventually a nice lady who was staying there let us in. So we thought we would wait inside and try and contact the owner rather than on the street. When inside the lady suggested that a key might have been left on the door for us. After about an hour the owner arrived. We asked him were you the owner. He then became extremely threatening and abusive. While I tried to be reasonable and calm he continued to rant on and instead of welcoming us he told us to GET OUT, apparently because we waited inside the property rather than outside on the street. This was after a night of travelling from Sardinia to Pisa and train, walking etc. Now we were on the street and had to find somewhere else to stay and STILL have had no refund of money. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE, OWNER IS ABUSIVE AND NASTY. WE WILL ALSO BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION TO RECOVER OUR MONEY

They charged us a deposit that they have not returned to us. They also charged us the fees in cash without any document. I don't know who to go to to get the amount refunded, but it's important that everyone knows and it doesn't happen to them the same way. I don't recommend anyone.

Dopo un mese nulla, abbiamo telefonato e ci hanno detto che se non ci era stato riaccreditato un motivo c’era, per altro sbattendoci giù il telefono. Dopo aver insistito con il il tuor operator ci hanno ridato solo 50 euro dicendo che 50 erano per pulizie. Consideriamo che abbiamo addirittura rifatto i letti!!! DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE
