전화로 체크인해야 되는데 저는 전화상태가 좋지 못해서 체크인하는데 오래 걸렸네요. 엘리베이터 타는데 망가져가는 것 같아서 조금 무서워요. 복도 불들이 자동소등되니까 놀라지마세요.

Erg fijn als je even een paar dagen wil relaxen voor een goedkope prijs. Wel opletten dat er geen frontdesk is en je in essentie niemand ziet, je krijgt een code via de telefoon om naar binnen te gaan. Dat was voor mij de eerste keer. Maar verder alles goed, ik zou het wel aanraden.

The rooms were comfortable, the location is great, and the staff was super nice and responsive. Although the check-in process and communication is all on-line, they always replied immediately to all my messages and requests. The only downside was the shower of the shared bathroom, which was a bit unsteady. But overall, I had good experience!

Very good system to entry to the rooms.
Easy money only. They do not expense oil to put in the doors, when open it, very noisy. This is "Supposed" to be an B&B, but no breakfast is offered. They need to change the name for rooms only, this is fake information.
Also, NO Information about around, restaurants or how to get to rooms.

mi sono fermato tre notti per partecipare ad un convegno che si è tenuto a Firenze in diverse sedi, tutte abbastanza centrali rispetto alla città. La dislocazione della struttura è stata ideale, con spostamenti a piedi della durata massima di 25-30 min. La stanza piccola, ma accogliente; il letto da 1 piazza 1/2 comodo. Il bagno esterno, in condivisione, non ha creato problemi; è stato pulito ed igienizzato una volta al giorno. La struttura è dotata di ascensore. A 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di FI-SMN.
