I arrived at the La Quinta in Lynchburg about 5 or 6 PM on Sunday June 9th. I had made a reservation for a King, non-smoking via *******. When I arrived I was told there were no Kings available. WHen I asked why I was told it was "first come, first served". I suggested that was not how reservations worked but the desk person made no attempt to rectify the problem. She gave me a queen room which, upon inspection, showed that the toilet had not been cleaned. The agent gave me another room which, although it was not a King at least did not have a dirty toilet. Other than the problem mentioned, the hotel was conveniently located and had a nice breakfast.
