The Jasmine Apartments

Great place

Our place, The Jasmine, was not cleaned prior to our 4PM check-in on Feb. 8. Dishes were everywhere, there was a pan full of cooking grease, the place smelled like fried fish, the floors and bathrooms were dirty, the previous guests' bedding was still there, etc. I contacted customer service and as we patiently waited, they were unable to provide a cleaning service. An hour and half later, we were sent to another property that was not as nice (full-sized beds instead of king-sized beds, one bathroom instead of two, also less expensive) and we were told we could only stay one night there and we'd have to move out the next morning. This was very inconvenient because my son was headed for surgery early in the morning. We had to pack up early in the morning and then after his surgery, we had to sit in the parking lot as our original place, The Jasmine, was being cleaned. Customer service promised some compensation and a call back from a manager. After two weeks of endless calls to customer service and numerous exchanged texts, I never received one call from a manager or the promised compensation. Customer service made numerous promises that a manager would contact me but that never happened. BEWARE - IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH A LOWKL PROPERTY DURING YOUR STAY - DON'T EXPECT ANY RESPONSE FROM A MANAGER.

Our apar**ent was very comfortable. It was missing any kitchen towels. We needed new bathroom washclothes after 3 days, but we were told there werent any lefy.

Clean and fairly spacious. Nice sitting area around pool. Thin walls, sounds carry. Basic level of kitchenware. Wifi interruptions a couple of times. Very helpful on-site staff.

We booked this hotel for our cruise. It was only about 15 minutes from Port Everglades. The facilities were clean. The apar**ent had everything we needed for our stay. We didn't use the pool but hang out near it. Surrounding area is full of similar lodging and we felt safe. Communication via email and it was fast. Would book again!

very nice, clean room that was more spacious than I expected. very convenient location for shopping and also to the beach. A nice 1.5 mile walk to the beach are or a very inexpensive Uber/Lyft. there was a little hiccup with the internet being down which meant that I needed a different way to enter the apar**ent and that was handled very easily and the staff responded and had to get a service tech out to fix the issue but it was responded to quickly and the matter was resolved. A very pleasant stay with no real difficulties. i would absolutely stay there again when I'm in the Ft Lauderdale area!

Do not let the street fool you! These apar**ents are fantastic! They were exactly as pictured/described and we will rent here again.

Arrived at night so didn't see surrounding property too much but everything else was clean and check in was SO EASY!!!
