Total s#@thole!! Stay away from this place!! I specifically asked for a private balcony. After removing a rigged security bar from the slider it opened up to a shared balcony. We were told that's what we paid for! We left and booked the week at the Marriott instead. We had to forfeit $175 which paid for that night. We were in the room for literally 10 minutes before we left to find better accommodations . I will never book another room with Best Western EVER AGAIN AT THIS DUMP!!

Very pleasant stay, great location and wonderful staff: mattresses could improve. Pool was super warm and there was a deep area which was nice

Great place. Near the beach, provided a great free breakfast and offered food for purchase in the evenings. Wonderful outdoor and indoor seating to gather with friends. The bathroom in 201 could use new baseboards and a freshen up. This seemed to be a wheelchair accessible bathroom so the floor got soaking wet. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Easy access for Uber and arranged a shuttle (user pay) to the cruise. Would stay here again.
