Do. Not. Stay. Here. Room was gross. In the room, dirty windows & dusty. Coffee pot pod holder was missing & air conditioning made horrible noise. Told management twice & they said they would take care of the issues. For 3 days nothing was done. Issues still there when I checked out. Beware. You were warned.

Monique took really good care of myself, I was running little late for dinner and she went above and beyond to ensure I have something to eat yesterday evening. The hotel itself it was good, located in a nice convenient location for almost everything you wanted to do in FLL.

Deannka went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was warm and friendly and so sweet with my girls. She gifted both of them minnie mouse earns when she heard we were going to go on a cruise tomorrow. I cant thank her enough for her amazing service!

Great location as it is directly across the street from the cruise port and is an easy ride from and to the airport. It is the perfect hotel for the nights (s) before a cruise. We stay there often. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Deannka is the best!

This was a lovely hotel for a pre-cruise stay. There’s a nice restaurant next door. The from desk staff was lovely, especially Deannka, who checked me in. The room and bathroom are a bit dated but clean enough. It appears that the hotel is undergoing some renovations, so that should improve. The pool was very nice!

Monique was a fabulous hostess! She explained breakfast really well. I had never heard of breakfast before; it’s not something that’s common where I’m from (The United States). When she told us we could eat BEFORE hitting the road, I was awe-struck. I gobbled down breakfast while Monique checked in periodically to ask me if I was enjoying my breakfast. I can’t wait to try breakfast again. Thanks Monique!

The Renaissance Hotel’s front desk staff was very welcoming when we arrived. Loucianni greeted us and was incredibly helpful telling us about the locations of all of the amenities in the the hotel as well as places to visit in the area, including local restaurants. We would highly recommend this hotel. Very spacious, comfortable rooms too!

Hotel staff is extremely friendly love the daily drink in the lobby and snack! More importantly loved encountering Monique at the Lobby Bar hostess stand she sat us quick was extremely pleasant, happy, and overall great! She made sure our server had come to see us and left us with a smile when we headed up to our room! What amazed me even more was the next morning my wife had breakfast without me and as I went down there was Monique who greeted me again with the same exactly demeanor as a mere 12 hours before! She is more than an asset to this hotel and thank you for sharing her with us. Great work and kudos to Monique!

Monique was very friendly and explained all the options for breakfast. Very friendly and efficient staff. The hotel was very close to our cruise ship port and the airport. The room had a great room of the ship! We would stay here again if in the area
