Heading out for a cruise, just a one night stay. Good location, Boatyard restaurant close by with good food and drinks. The hotel room is definitely dated. Beds were ok. Feel like the price was a little high.

We stayed at this hotel pre-cruise because of its proximity to Port Everglades. The staff is very friendly. The best thing about this hotel was their restaurant. Everything we ordered was delicious - we ate lunch and 2 dinners we liked it so much. They have a very nice pool and hot tub, although it's next to a very busy downtown street, so it is very noisy even on the weekend. The king room we had was ok, the bed was comfortable, but not particularly as cool as we like. This is a very old hotel, but currently undergoing renovations. There was a musty smell in our room coming from the AC vent, so we attached a car air freshener to it. Several shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

This was a very convenient location and walk from terminal 2 at port evaglades. Clean, great location and service. Would recommend!

The staff at the hotel were exceptional! Everyone was friendly, professional and genuine! Special callouts to Philip (server), Corey and Monique (restaurant hostesses) Hillary (front desk), Ron (valet), Alessandro (valet). You have done an exceptional job of hiring and training. The hotel and rooms were clean.

Ashton has been nothing but great. Her customer care skills are superb. She made me feel at home. Very pleasant, courteous, professional and she gave stellar customer service . I have never had a bad experience here...been coming since 2010!

The best part of my stay was the staff! Specifically Monique and Andre. They were beyond amazing professionals at their craft. I stayed for 5 days on business and observed consistency, kindness, and willingness to help at a drop of a hat from them! The hotel itself was clean, convenient, and willing to accommodate to any needs required. I would recommend this hotel to anyone anytime for a comfortable visit away from home whether business or for a family vacation. I would definitely would book again!

Despite my issue upon arriving and delayed flight the next day Ashton at the front desk did her best to accommodate my needs. She was able to talk to management and secure me a late checkout despite the hotel having high occupancy. Ashton went above and beyond her job role and really helped me out! Thank you!!

What an amazing staff!! The breakfast crew were so accommodating and the front end staff are the hardest working people in the building. Cleaning staff went above and beyond. Overall great experience. Only complaint, Could use some updates to the pool area. Umbrellas were broken due to wind damage.

From the moment we arrived, Monique greeted us with a warm and genuine smile, instantly making us feel welcome. Monique went above and beyond to ensure our family was well taken care of. She attentively listened to our needs and preferences, and quickly accommodated our requests, even though the restaurant was quite busy. Her attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service were evident in every interaction. She made special efforts to engage with our children, making them feel special and entertained, which greatly enhanced our dining experience. Monique's professionalism, coupled with her friendly and approachable demeanor, created a delightful atmosphere that set the tone for a wonderful breakfast. It's rare to encounter such a dedicated and caring hostess, and Monique truly stood out. Her exceptional service made our visit to Bistro 17 memorable, and we are grateful for her outstanding hospitality.
