This was a lovely hotel for a pre-cruise stay. There’s a nice restaurant next door. The from desk staff was lovely, especially Deannka, who checked me in. The room and bathroom are a bit dated but clean enough. It appears that the hotel is undergoing some renovations, so that should improve. The pool was very nice!

Monique was a fabulous hostess! She explained breakfast really well. I had never heard of breakfast before; it’s not something that’s common where I’m from (The United States). When she told us we could eat BEFORE hitting the road, I was awe-struck. I gobbled down breakfast while Monique checked in periodically to ask me if I was enjoying my breakfast. I can’t wait to try breakfast again. Thanks Monique!

The Renaissance Hotel’s front desk staff was very welcoming when we arrived. Loucianni greeted us and was incredibly helpful telling us about the locations of all of the amenities in the the hotel as well as places to visit in the area, including local restaurants. We would highly recommend this hotel. Very spacious, comfortable rooms too!

Hotel staff is extremely friendly love the daily drink in the lobby and snack! More importantly loved encountering Monique at the Lobby Bar hostess stand she sat us quick was extremely pleasant, happy, and overall great! She made sure our server had come to see us and left us with a smile when we headed up to our room! What amazed me even more was the next morning my wife had breakfast without me and as I went down there was Monique who greeted me again with the same exactly demeanor as a mere 12 hours before! She is more than an asset to this hotel and thank you for sharing her with us. Great work and kudos to Monique!

Monique was very friendly and explained all the options for breakfast. Very friendly and efficient staff. The hotel was very close to our cruise ship port and the airport. The room had a great room of the ship! We would stay here again if in the area

Location and services were fine but ... No freezer in fridge, the shower was like pins and needles and they charge $30 to self park plus one of they elevators was out of order.

Lovely hotel by the Port. Great location for the night before your cruise! Had a full buffet breakfast at the restaurant before heading to the port. Server Tushar was very friendly offering locations to explore nearby before embarkation.

Staff were really polite and helped us with everything we asked for. Place was clean and quiet at night. The place was easy to get to. Suitable for families, not so much space for parking. Room was clean, the food was good, Pool accesible and clean

Greeter Monique, server Andre and the entire breakfast staff are very positive and helpful. While I was waiting to be seated, Monique poured me a sample of a delicious smoothie. Andrew was also very engaging and offered excellent suggestions. He took special care. The food was tasty too! I enjoyed my dining experience.
