Nuno the beach attendant was great. He kept us hydrated by always giving and brining us complimentary water. He went above and beyond his job to make personal connections and enhance our experience. We felt bad for him as at times he was the only server for the whole beach and sometimes service could have been improved if there were more serves and it is not his fault at all. Our overall experience at the hotel was great. At one point in our trip we wanted to get a additional room and it was unfortunate that we had to call and could not do this from the front desk. Overall amazing trip and your rock Nuno (beach server/attendant)

Very comfy beach cabanas!! Aside from having shade from the sun, the cabanas are the best I've been in. The beach service is also great. Nuno is the best! Super sweet and attentive. Goes above and beyond to make sure all the guests are comfortable and enjoying their stays. 10/10 only wish I could stay longer!!

NUNO on the beach is amazing. Very attractive and fun. Watch out for him when you go. Food and drinks came very fast. Highly recommend

My husband and I had a great experience. Room had beautiful view, beds comfortable. What made our stay was the outstanding staff. Service was exceptional in restaurant . Couldn’t believe how quickly we were served. Our beach server stood amount this amazing group of servers. Nuno was so attentive, friendly and efficient. We waited for nothing. We tried to sit in his section our entire stay. Hard to stand out with such a great group of staff but he did. Emily was great too. Greeted us each day with a smile. Only downside was trying to get into the hotel and park night of prom. Staff made up for inconvenience. Would recommend highly ! Wendi wieczerak

The hotel is beautiful and the beach is absolute perfection!The Cabanas are so heavenly! We ordered food and drinks all day from Nuno Casanova who is the very best. He is kind,personable, friendly and just an amazing soul! He checked on us regularly and kept our orders coming. The pool seemed like a popular place too but we loved how beautiful the beach is. Wonderful stay. If I had to point out a negative, it would be that housekeeping isn't doing the best job. Our pillow cases did not seem changed. They had body and cigarette odor. All the other linens were clean. The rest of the stay was exceptional. The food and drinks were delicious! We plan to make this our to go place to get away every couple of months or so. 🥰

Nuno and Emily made our first stay here absolutely amazing. They were so attentive and kind, we will definitely be back and hope to see them both again. Marriott: treat these two stars right!
