The pots and pan they provide wasnt in the best condition. Hotel needs improvements. The fee for parking is higher then other parking in the area.

Excellent stay in March at Galleryone. The room was perfect. Very clean had plenty of utensils in the kitchen having a full balcony is great. Staff couldn’t be any friendlier. Dre and Andrea at check in/check out were very helpful and Joe and Max were great. Both bartenders were also very nice but I forget their names. Highly recommend this hotel for the rooms staff and location.

Excellent service and a lovely spot near the beach and waterways. I live across the street but placed my guests here for an extended weekend. Everyone had a great time and were very happy with their rooms, the grounds, and the staff. Thank you again for everything!

The staff was great and the meals we had were good. I will say that the room really needed an update, there were rust stains on some of the trim due to being near the water I guess and the couch was not nice to sit on, it made a very unpleasant noise when you sat and the cushions looked flat. It was somewhat noisy due to the boats that pull upto it on the intercoastal side.

I’ve stayed at GalleryOne several times in the past and normally don’t have any complaints, but this time is different. I love the room rates and location of the hotel, as it’s close to restaurants, mall, grocery store, and short walk to the beach. Unfortunately my recent stay will be my last, due to the lack of cleanliness of the rooms and room changes once I arrived. And the hotel definitely needs to do renovations on the rooms owned by Hilton. The hotel seems to be busy, so I’m sure they accumulate enough revenue to pay for room renovations, not just the lobby. Also, being that I’ve been a Hilton Honors member for over a decade, and always try to book with Hilton brand when traveling, they shouldn’t drop my status whenever I don’t travel within a certain time frame…makes no sense to me.
