Courtyard Fort Lauderdale North/Cypress Creek

View of a building out of the window. The furniture was grubby. I angled the TV to the bed and there was so much dust behind it… horrible! There was no headboard but two foam pillows. Will not stay again not up to Marriott standards. Plus it’s taking far two long to be reimbursed the ‘incidentals deposit’

The toilet was super loud after flushing it. Sounds like a car starting up. Always found hair after then clean the bed. The fresh towel have a lot of hair falling. Just felt the towels or linens just are as clean as they make it seems.

Awesome location close to all and very clean hotel , the air fragrance was a bit much but overall very good

First of all Teresa . M thank you so much. Your service, professionalism and empathy is is beyond remarkable. Thank you so much for having such a positive energy and welcoming attitude. I am visiting from Virginia with my baby and I have been in an out of hotels since last week due to the conditions of the room. Of all the hotels I have been to this was my first time walking into the hotel and just know this is where I needed to be. Teresa welcomed me with a warm smile, empathy, and very professional. I felt heard, checking in was very smooth and she ensured all my questions were answered in an empathetic and professional way. I was traveling with my baby and had just checked out early from a previous hotel that felt uncomfortable, And I was just exhausted and ready to get some rest, plus my baby was beginning to get sleepy as well we just needed to rest, thankfully the hotel had availability to host us, Teresa took care of us and we were able to get a good nap in to re energize. The room is clean and spacious, such a better experience so far than the hotel I checked out of early. I can’t say enough about Teresa’s professional approach. Thank you Teresa.M, you made my day. Definitely would recommend this location and will visit again in the future when I come back to Fort Lauderdale.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with the valet service at the Courtyard by Marriott, thanks to Chris. From the moment I arrived, Chris was incredibly professional, warm, and efficient. He handled my car quickly and with care, and he was genuinely friendly and welcoming, which set a great tone for my entire stay
