Property was nice but a little out of the way. We did not mind that. Staff was super nice and helpful. I was there almost a week ago and the $50 on my credit card is still sitting pending for incidents. Obviously, they should know by now if I damaged or used the dollars. I hope that clears up soon as it’s a pain to keep an eye on that to make sure I’m not charged! I don’t think I’ll stay again due to that! Makes me nervous.

When we first got there check in was easy. The clerk at the desk was very friendly.
You could tell by the elevator and the carpet walking down the hallways. The place was very clean and well looked after. Great variety of the breakfast bar the next morning. The whole area was clean, well stocked and fresh looking. The woman who was in charge of that area very friendly and very accommodating. You could tell the cleaning this was important and customer service was important to the staff of the hotel because someone who was obviously from the offices or front desk was over there helping keep the tables wiped down and the bar looking organized.
Bottom line, we were very impressed with your hotel.

Roaches in the room. Was given a different room but the fact that I found 4 roaches was unsettling. Hotel refused transfer/refund

Heater did not work. AC on at check-in made it sub-zero. The room I was given shared a wall with the elevator.

Hotel was recently renovated. It was clean and service and staff did good job. But there were roaches there. I saw around 10 in my room. For over $100 night you wouldn't expect this. Shower was extremely small.
