Due to my physical limitations and immobility, I needed the accessibility room and Arlene was most helpful assigning me the room! Mateo, Danielle & Karyl are all part of my pleasant stay. They are warmth, caring and friendly. Their Five Stars Services from the Heart could at any day, anytime, stand toe to toe with any 5 Stars Hoteliers!
They are truly an asset to the Hospitality Industry. Please do award them some form of accolades. Thank you.

Hotel Manager was rude and condescending. Kept giving me the contemptuous glare for no apparent reason!? Keifer the night staff refused me service when I called but he hung up on me telling me that he will call me back but never!
Due to my physical limitations and immobility, I reserved and paid for the wheelchair accessible room but was given the smallest and noisiest standard room instead. The constant opening and slamming of the doors by the night shift was ludicrous and preposterous! No apologies not even a kind word, just silence. Am I that insignificant? I seriously Do Not Recommend this place. A very disturbing place indeed.

Hôtel très propre bien qu’un peu vieillot. Le personnel est très aimable, une navette gratuite est proposée pour aller à l’aéroport. Commerces à proximité si vous avez faim bien qu’il y ait de quoi grignoter à l’hôtel.

Unfriendly person at front desk. Arrogant,incosiderate. Take it or leave it attitude. Gave me a wrong quote for parking even after i made him aware of the adverdised cost on theier own website. Shuttle runs once evry hour . Good luck if you miss it by one minute. Glad to be out of here. Would not recomend to stay here. At least the room is half way decadent

The entire stay was pleasent. Truly don’t care for the pay for parking on the propery, but otherwise, everything was fine.

Easy-going, friendly, great location! We stumbled upon this location by mistake, and a great mistake it was. Our first contact was Karyl, like a family/ friend member - we cancelled where we were going to stay and booked here! It is clean with friendly staff. Everyone always greets in or out the entire time. There were others who deserve mentioning as well: Loidee (friendly and hardworking), Mateo (empathetic and friendly), Marc (friendly and compassionate when he had a minor issue with a/c - remained caring and friendly), Genesis (friendly and sweet). Of course, Karyl (if it were for her sweet and warm personality our vacation would’ve still been ok. However, due to her it was AMAZING! The GM, Danielle Mateo had the best team and the best personality! Love her!!!
