Close to cruise port and good customer service. The hotel rooms are very dated and need a face lift especially at 425.00 a night

Except that it's not on the beach, everything else is pretty good. The breakfast is rich, the environment is elegant and a**ospheric, the parking is convenient, and the room is big.

The Hotel was very disappointing. Dated is an understatement. I do not think any upgrades have been made since the hotel was erected in 1986. No where near Embassy Suites standards. Breakfast was awful. Moldy bathrooms. Stained smelly carpets. Cracked and chipped furniture. Soundproofing is non existent. The pool threatened to close down at 6pm due to no pool towels. I will say there was one silver lining to this stormy clod. Kathleen at the front desk. A sheer pleasure.

They switched my room at check-in, ended up across from the elevator in a room that has two TVs. Neither one of them work. Toilet kept running, very dated facility. Do not recommend.

Worst hotel and I was treated horrible, I was racially profiled and they over charge me for a night I didn’t stay. There management was even worst after I called them to the front, I lock my keys in the room and had to go get my son & they wouldn’t let me get, they took their time to open the door.

Kathleen at checking and throughout our stay was so helpful and a great face ro see each day. She was able to guide us with great suggestions and gave us accommodations that meet our needs. The pool was so relaxing and peaceful. I look forward to visiting again.

Definitely a disappointing way to begin our cruise. I'll begin with the positives. It is close to the cruise terminal and breakfast was very good and a nice variety. We were greeted by two young people at the desk who appeared a little bored. Once in the room we had to go back twice for items not in our room. The morning desk attendant was very cordial and helpful. The room is definitely dated and could use a real updating, but with the cruise lines continue to use the hotel it might be hard to find a time. Maybe block a floor and update that way. The linens were tattered and worn and had stains. I hope they do take time and spend some money to update. It is a great location and many restaurants and stores in the area. It just wasn't what I have seen with Embassy Suites.
