Sadly unfortunately unfriendly reception staff who made the check in process complicated and overly slow! Rooms not ready at 4pm with lots of excuses!

THE HOTEL DID NUMEROUS UNAUTHORISED CHARGES ON MY CARD TOTALLY $1,000!!! AND I’M STILL TRYING TO RECOVER THIS!! Watch out for the charges on your card.
Pool area tiles are dirty. Bath water is yellow!! I suggest you stay at the Hilton next door. (I did wonder why on other booking sites the review scores were low in comparison to neighbouring hotels - unfortunately I didn’t take heed!!!)
