Not Hyatt usual quality - dark and dreary outdated rooms etc. no shuttles to or from airport or cruise terminal that were Hyatt owned.

My sister and I Stayed at this hotel the night before our cruise.All staff encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is very close to Port Everglades. Hotel has a nice free breakfast buffet. Also close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed the night before our cruise. The location was very convenient. The shuttle service from the airport and to the cruise port was stress free. They had a nice breakfast buffet. Our room was clean and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

The staff at this property, particularly Nadia are fantastic. However, the room we had (123) on the ground floor was small for a King room with a pullout. There is no safe in the room and the bathroom is extremely tight (toilet/shower). The sink & counter are in the middle of the room which is somewhat annoying and the closet is in a tight spot. It is also right next to the pool entrance as well as the kitchen so it can be quite noisy, especially early in the morning. I don't feel the room is worth the price paid. Breakfast is decent (by hotel breakfast standards) but it can be challenging to find a place to sit.

Not Happy when I check in, she was not care of your questions even not busy. Could not find a place to seat at breakfast time.

The pool was closed. Only one elevator was working. We were visiting Florida in January and my children wanted to swim in the pool but we were not made aware of the closure until we got there.

Great staff. They were friendly and accommodating. Room was nice and comfortable, easily accessible to many stores and restaurants. The shuttle service from the airport and to Port Everglades was easy. It could not have been any better for us. I will gladly stay here again if the opportunity comes.

When making the reservation, was trying to get close to the port for a cruise.. Duh, not realizing since they were close they had shuttles to the port. That was a nice bonus! The place was very convenient to shopping and different restaurants. The down side was the pool was closed for repairs and the one out of two elevators was broken.
