This property is a gem in the midst of high rise condos and big hotels. It is a very short walk to the beach, yet situated on the waterway for lovely outdoor dining. The ambiance is quaint and comfortable, and the staff is helpful and very welcoming and kind.

I truly enjoy the pillars. Every time me and my family visit, it genuinely gets better every single time. The time we visited was during spring break so you can imagine all of the chaos going on the beach. However, the pillars was definitely an escape from everything. Such a small, quiet and luxurious place. I also cannot forget to mention Aleisha, who was such a big help in recommending nearby restaurants and also activities for me and my family to do. Allen & Yelena were also very helpful as well. Yelena also made me a very delicious aperol spritz!! Probably the best ever! We love the pillars!!

We spent couple nights at the Pillars hotel before our cruise. We were welcomed by Aleisha, she showed us this beautiful well maintained property and offered complimentary beverages. The same night we had a dinner, our server was Elena, she is marvelous! Delicious food and gorgeous sunset made our experience unforgettable. We will definitely come back.

Overall, the hotel was good but I was not happy that housekeeping did not clean our room first before all the other rooms that were vacated. Especially, when I put the sign to clean our room at 9:30am. When we got back at 1:30pm, the room still hasn't been cleaned and I saw housekeeping was cleaning all the other rooms that have been vacated. Very very poor prioritization on which room should be cleaned first considering we were staying in the hotel for 3 days. When I took it up with front desk/reception, no reaction. Thus, not very please about the handling of the situation.

The Pillars was a great discovery. I needed a hotel in Fort Lauderdale for a friend’s wedding and I didn’t want to stay in one of the big hotels. Despite coming in earlier than check in, I was able to enjoy the pool while waiting for my room. Lunch was delightful and the mojitos very refreshing. I hear the dinner is really special but, unfortunately, I didn’t have time to eat there. The staff is attentive and professional, a big thanks to Lannie. I hope to come back with more time.
