I have been a repeat customer at this hotel many times over the last 2 years but this last visit felt like I was at a 1 star hotel.

Room took an extra hour and 1/2 before I could check in. It was nice having pool/beach availability immediately but I was really in need of a nap after being up 48hrs. The waitress in the poolside restaurant was amazing. I told her my drink was a little watered down and she gave me 2 shots and mixed it again! Room was clean and comfortable and we loved the beach.

Ok! This was an incredible hotel!! Amazing view, you can enjoy the pool, jacuzzi….they even have a minigolf…staff always nice! We were surprise in a good way! I highly recommend it! Love it Y

There is no bar, it's confusing at night

The property is pretty run down and parking is a hassle, although it is right on a beautiful beach and very close to Lauderdale by the Sea, a nice place with a lot of restaurants and shopping.

We loved it here. Great location, right on the ocean, nice pool. Staff was very nice. Easy check in and out. There are no resort fees, they put a $250 hold on a card, but the money was released as soon as we checked out. We will definitely be back.

Very nice staff courtesy was professional . Pool, tiki bar, restaurant ..beach amazing. Rooms very nice. Convenience elevator directly to pool and beach loved it.

Nice but very crowded on beach area & pool (deck) area, the elevators took a good 30 minutes to go up or down( very crowded) only 2 for main lobby & 1 took you to pool area, very nice hotel but again overly crowded

I loved the family feeling, very kid friendly, the room needed to have the floors cleaned desperately,. My socks were filthy after walking across the room. Balcony was full of cigarette butts and that was really gross. Access to pool, beach was right out your door. That area was cleaning and beautiful. We enjoyed our our stay and will go back, the hotel was beautiful. We loved that Mc donalds was walking distance

The first room we had was very small and dirty. They were very accommodating and allowed us to move to a suite for $150 more a night. The food and beverages are way over priced! A grilled cheese is $18.

I am not someone who writes reviews. This is probably my 4th in 40 years, but this one needed to done. Our first few hours at the hotel we had no hot water or tv. Someone came up right away to fix but it took 3 2 tv's to be replaced and a few hours for the hot water to work. Then the wifi went out and remained off and on for 5 days. Then the 3rd tv wouldn't get many channels due to wifi issues. There were clumps of tissues or napkins outside our room for days with no caring to vacuum or pick up. when they did clen the room they didn't empty the trash which was full or replace the towels. They just made the bed. Lastly, I requested an hour extra late check out until noon. They said they couldn't do that but could give me until 11:30 which was fine but then at 11 o the dot someone knocked and open the room door saying we had to leave. I've never in 40 years of traveling had a hotel abruptly enter the room and ask me to leave even without late check of 30 minutes. I would never stay there again and recommend you don't either.

We traveled with a teen for sprimg break. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and stay at the hotel. The hotel is a bit dated and not everything worked right. But, maintenance was quick to respond and fix. The bathroom had been recently updated and the shower was great (quick hot water and good water pressure). We had a suite so the fridge was great back and forth for breakfast and lunch. The beds and pillows need to be updated. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable. The restaurant was decent. Great pool, hot tub, beach access and water sports. Cloae to Lauderdale by the Sea and easy to walk there.
