Fast to get there from the airport, clean rooms , shopping mall near by.

No se queden en este hotel. A las 2:00 a.m. echaron gas pimienta por los conductos de aire, causando una situación peligrosa. El hotel no se hizo responsable, la recepcionista no mostró empatía y no nos ofrecieron soluciones ni reembolso. Tuvimos que irnos de madrugada a buscar otro hotel. No lo recomiendo. Do not stay at this hotel. At 2:00 a.m., pepper spray was released through the air vents, creating a dangerous situation. The hotel took no responsibility, the receptionist showed no empathy, and we were offered no solutions or refund. We had to leave in the middle of the night to find another hotel. I do not recommend it.

We booked our room at Motel 6 in Ft. Lauderdale through ******* MONTHS in advance for a reasonable price. We arrived on the day of our reservation (Feb. 14, 2026) at 3:00 pm. I overheard the clerk say to another guest that they had overbooked. When it was my turn to check in, I was told by the clerk that he couldn't find our reservation. I gave him the printout with the confirmation information, and he was able to find it that way, and informed me that the reservation had been cancelled. I said, "no, not by me!" He called the person who I assumed to be the manager over, and the manager said "Oh yes, I remember this one. ******* called to cancel your reservation yesterday." I knew this was not true, but was told that there were no rooms left. I spoke with several other people in their very crowded lobby, only to hear others say the same story. It was Valentine's day, so there were NO vacant hotels nearby, and we had to travel 25 minutes north and pay three times as much for another room. We called ******* to find out their version of the story, and they agreed that they would never call a hotel to cancel a reservation themselves, so basically the Motel 6 manager cancelled our reservation and didn't bother to tell us, nor did he refund us the money. It was still on our credit card bill. Complete fraud, and disgusting behavior, leaving two women (one elderly) stranded in a strange city just to scam us out of our money.

Do not stay here. Room smelled, bad area, poor management, had to collect our towels to wash them before giving them back. Ice machine and pool out of order. Scary environment. Rear entry doors don't even close during the night.

Worst place I have ever stayed clerk was mean rude and didn’t know what he was doing find somewhere else to stay

The hotel was terrible. The room was absolutely falling apart. The hotel was noisy. The floors were terribly dirty

The staff was very helpful. Stayed during a boat show. Was completely book and very busy. But the staff took the time to help and was very appreciative. Will stay again

Staffing short. Things sloooow. Left behind my cane with seat but n one will pick up the phone to answer. They pick up and then hang up. 🙁
