Pelican Grand Beach Resort, a Noble House Resort

We stayed in a premium room for 2 weeks and had the vacation of a lifetime. It was absolutely amazing!! Huge shoutout to Frank, Wilson and Giovanna who made us feel like VIP’s!!! Seriously… those staff members made a normal vacation into something stellar!!! I hope they are there when we return in the winter!!! 10/10 recommend for the Pelican and its top notch staff!!!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful 6 day vacation at the Pelican Resort, Fort Lauderdale. The staff is polite, courteous and professional. The food was delicious, other than one night going off the resort to try another restaurant ( which we were very unsatisfied with) we ate all our meals at the resort from breakfast, Lunch to dinner everything was delicious. The beach and pool areas are clean and staff will set you up with chairs, umbrellas and towels. Felt like we were at a fancy Mexican Resort but we got to stay in the states! Will definitely be back!!

We just returned from a week long vacation at the Pelican Grand Beach Resort. This was a return visit. We’ve been going to the Pelican for vacations/getaways for the last 10 years. Why do we return to the Pelican? It is such a beautiful hotel. The minute that you walk in the front door, you’re greeted by a beautiful view of the ocean. Check in has always been a smooth, quick process. The rooms are gorgeous and very spacious. There is a small living room with a sofa and couch to relax on and enjoy reading, games, tv. The view from the balcony is to die for. That’s where we spend a majority of our time when we aren’t out enjoying the amenities. The pool and lazy river are WONDERFUL. The lazy river is the absolute best for relaxing after a long day on the beach. The pool area does fill up fast on weekends, so to get a lounge chair, getting there early is a must! This past week was amazing. We usually enjoy dinner and drinks in the bar a majority of the evenings we are there. (They do have a fabulous restaurant, Ocean2000, on the property that gets wonderful reviews,) We always seem to get to know the employees while we are there, and this trip had some top notch servers. This trip we met Norbert. Norbert is such a personable, interesting individual, not to mention, his attentive service.. Each day he worked, he remembered us and greeted us with a warm, sincere hello. He was always busy, but was able to have some short conversations with us. We loved getting to know him. Wilson was another server that was awesome. He waited on us at the beach several days, and he too, remembered us and treated us so nicely. There was one day he was SO busy, but he NEVER once didn’t have a big smile on his face and nice words to say. This trip we met one of the managers , Demetrius, He came by our table two different nights, making sure we were happy and enjoying our stay. Fun fact, Demetrius guessed my occupation from the way “I looked”, a teacher. He shared his mother had been a teacher and he has a soft spot for teachers. He gave me a complimentary treat for being a teacher. Ummm, who does that? Talk about making someone feel special. Alissa and Larry were also great servers. They each took great care of us, making sure we were enjoying our meal and evening to the fullest. Sara the bartender, though she was always incredibly busy, made wonderful drinks. Obviously, I could go on and on about what we love about the Pelican. I will tell you, we’ve never been on a vacation there that we haven’t brought back such great memories. We are already excited to go back next year or maybe even sooner. Thank you again Pelican Grand!!!

This our third annual Mother/Daughter trip here and the Pelican Grand Beach Resort once again far exceeded all expectations! Every member of the staff team were so welcoming and professional is every aspect. We looked forward for our morning coffee at the resort shop and our daily greeting from Blanca where she always went out of her way to ensure we felt as though we were family! Once again, the Pelican Grand Beach Resort helped to make our trip a truly special one filled with beautiful memories! We will see you next time!

Nick was excellent! Super helpful setting us up at the beach! He was always asking if we were good and if we needed anything. We will certainly be back - simply based on the exceptional staff and service provided throughout our entire stay. Thank you!

Our stay was wonderful. Lam and Our waitress Elisa exceeded expectations. The Spa is beautiful and the staff was excellent. Thank you for a lovely retreat , The pool and the lazy river were very nice. We really enjoyed our stay. We will be sure to come back again.

Nick was so helpful and kind. Great guy to have on your staff!!!!! He was so eager to help and went above and beyond to help us out with anything we needed. Model employee, made our stay better and did it all with a smile. Very friendly and just a great person to Work with.

Nick was very helpful getting us set up on the beach! He was very friendly and accommodating and even made sure that we had a great spot in the front by the water with a nice view. We hope he is here every time we visit to help us set up on the beach!!!!
