Hotel is quiet and some what private which is exactly what we wanted. We stay in Hollywood beach a lot (the diplomat, Margaritaville….) but we didn’t want the crowds and multitudes. We are so pleased with the service, comfort of the bed/pillows, the view to the ocean was stunning! The gift/coffee shop has everything for adults and children. I needed a second cup of coffee so I went to buy one and @Blanca was very kind and helpful. She was the first person/staff I spoke to that morning and her service and smile was very nice. On our last day we got up early and sat at the beach for hours under the umbrella the hotel provides for guessed. It was a beautiful day in Florida! Definitely coming back!

The employees are outstanding. You can tell they care about the guests. I would give them all a 10. Now the only issue we encountered was a large event was taking place the same weekend. This hotel only has 1 small pool and 1 small lazy river. The lazy river was blocked off for a private event on a Saturday the whole afternoon.. not fair to all the guests.

Our AC unit started smoking over night so we had to shut it. It was SOO hot in the room, no one could sleep. That morning at checkout we told the clerk and they did not offer to comp us our meal, a partial refund, not even a sorry for the inconvenience. Terrible!

I really enjoyed my meal at OCEAN2000. It was a clean atmosphere with good service. I had Zsolt as my server. Throughout the evening, he made sure I was well taken care of. It was much appreciated and made my experience all that much more enjoyable. Can’t wait to be staying at the Pelican Grand Beach Resort again soon or when I’m in town next.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The customer service was amazing. I need tea one night and everything was closed. I asked one of the employees packing up and he went and made me tea! I would have been fine if he tried and couldn’t get me the tea. The staff were always polite and friendly and always on top of everything. Glass was never empty! The food was delectable and just got better and better. I had three different versions of salmon, all amazing! The room was beautiful and everything perfectly in its place. I would love to visit here again.

Really enjoyed my stay. When my family member that was suppose to come with me ended up not being able to make it, the hotel accommodated my needs which I really appreciated.

The room was beautiful as so was the the experience at this hotel. The staff was really helpful and very kind, our receptionist Jaina did a wonderful job assisting us and answering all our questions!! A truly amazing experience that I recommend very strongly!

Our room wasn't available until after 4pm and some of the surfaces in our room were dirty. The room was very dusty.
