Do not stay here, my friend and I booked a room for one week and were not able to sleep at all due to stomping overhead and scraping furniture across the floor. Horrible! Mold on bathroom sink. Broken lamp next to bed. Overhead fan was stuck on high. They also rent through airbnb as At Mine. Not worth it!

Hotel was cute but no air conditioning. Informed management and were promised it would be fixed or we would be moved to a new room. The air conditioning was never fixed, and the manger kept putting us off and making promises she never kept. My sister had to sleep outside by the pool because it was 85 degrees in the room. The floor appeared to never have been mopped because our feet would be black after walking around in the room. Talked with the manager night before we were checking out and she said to stop by the office, and she would make adjustments to our bill. It was her day off.

Had a horrible experience with this property. Came home from dinner one evening and the bathroom sink was overflowing with disgusting water. Water overflowed from the sink into bathroom drawers where makeup was kept. Property is refusing to pay for all of the damaged cosmetics. Pretty sure this is negligence on their part!!! Would NOT recommend this property

This place looks nice from the outside, but it is a facade. Pool has cracked dirty tiles, the room smelled like mildew/mold. The shower is fancy, but They had 1 towel rack in the whole room. The kitchenette had no bowls and 1 tiny spoon. they don’t Have iron, ironing board, hairdryer, snack machine, ice, phone in room to call for service. It’s like they spent all their money trying to make the place look Instagram worthy on the surface instead of just making it practical for use. All of this is not ideal, but fine. The worst part is the walls are so thin. The people above us got home at 2 am each morning and stomped around for hours over our head. The front desk isn’t 24/7 so if something happens in the middle of the night, or you have some drugged up party neighbors keeping you up you’re SOL. All in all, it’s cheap for a reason. I definitely do not recommend and would not come back.

Booked in April 2021 for April 2022 cancelled in January 2022 by the hotel no explanation given after emailing, so be careful about this hotel. We cant leave a review for this hotel as we will not get the opportunity to stay there.

We never got to stay there. I booked in May 2021 for a stay in April 2022. In December 2021 they cancelled by booking using the overbooking excuse... How can I book almost 1 year ahead and 5 months before my stay they say overbooked! Not a happy camper..

Just me on this stay for 4 days. I went to check in 1 hour early and the guy wanted to charge $20.00 for early check-in so I came back later. Talk about nickel and diming the guest. Geez! Then I return a couple hours later and upon check in they add $20.00 a day parking to the bill. Yes, I knew this ahead of time but it is still bad business considering it is just parking in front of the building. As for the room, it was really clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The tv had Roku and plenty of channels, big TV, good quality. Liked the mini fridge, microwave and. utensils including plates and cups. Bathroom was clean but small (adequate). Overall the room would have been great but the walls are so thin. First 2 nights woke up by people talking as they walked by the room. Last 2 nights were the worst. I could hear the guests upstairs and they walked across the floor you could hear everything. Sounded like pounding. It was terrible and I couldn't get to sleep. This is the deal breaker otherwise I would have def returned. There is a nice pool and outside seating area. The pool was clean and kinda cold so I didn't go swimming but in the summer I bet it is nice. Only thing I didn't like about the seating area is these little gnats biting so I was constantly scratching. There are two buildings but I stayed in the one by the main road. There is a bus stop 1 min across the street and down. $2.00 and it takes you to the *****. Returns right next to the hotel and leaves very 30 min. You could walk I guess but that might take 15 minutes or so versus a 2 min bus ride. Parking by the beach is really expensive so it is best to take the bus or walk. I walked 3 minutes to the Jungle Queen intercostal cruise. That was neat and for $24.00 it was 90 min and you see cool mansions and the port everglades cruise ships. I did laundry which was free but the dryer door was broken, no handle so I had to prop a chair against it but this saved me a lot of time and money to go to a laundromat. It's abut 15 min from the Fort Lauderdale airport and an easy drive. I flew into Miami Airport and it was under 40 minutes mostly highway driving. This is a no frills hotel with a really good rate and in a safe area. I felt safe and didn't see anything that made me feel unsafe. As stated in other reviews, the pictures are not representative of the hotel and probably years old done by a pro and photo cropped. If the walls weren't so thin and to disturb the quietness of the room I'd def come back but I'm telling you it was that loud and disturbing to hear people in the floor above that it just ruined the whole thing. No sense in complaining cauz it is what it is, take it or leave it. It's not like that can be fixed, it's an older place. So location, price, cleanliness, and comfort all work but again those thin walls will ruin your trip and you'd wish you spent the extra to stay elsewhere. I'm sorry to rate the place like this but it is that big

Well positioned, relatively cheap hotel. Beach is across the road. Not close to grocery shopping etc. You'll love it if you speak Russian, since almost everyone from the staff to the guests are Russian.
