Arrived very early and our room was available for early check-in! Ocean- facing suite with double balcony was beyond expectations. Staff were pleasant and professional. Breakfast was quick and delicious at related restaurant. Walkable to restaurants and lots of available ground transportation to Ft Lauderdale International Boat Show. Although boat show meant influx of hoards of people, the property did not feel too full. Very quick elevators were much appreciated.

Coming down a day early before our cruise and we wanted to start our trip off nicely. Our flight landed early and we weren’t sure if our room would be ready. It was! At 11am. Even if it wasn’t, the reservation included beach chair set up, bikes and other amenities on property. Everyone was extremely nice to let us know about local places to eat. Our room was beyond perfect. Stove, fridge, microwave and a great soaker tub. Overall, the vibe of the hotel with their on-site restaurants and bars were top notch. Would love to return and stay for a few nights.

We were in desperate need of an adult getaway and this couldn’t have been a better place to spend with friends. From the effortless walk to beach, a nice break by the pool and delicious dinner at Vitolo… it had everything we didn’t even know we needed. The area at night is fun and lively leaving us with tons of options for a good time. Definitely doing this again and only at the Conrad!

If you’re ever pulling up to the hotel, make sure you meet Andres and Rolando at the valet door! These two are truly a dynamic duo. My Uber driver was having the hardest time finding the entrance, and instead of just shrugging it off, Andres and Rolando literally sprinted in different directions, checking exits and guiding him in. After what felt like dozens of attempts, they finally made it happen. What impressed me most wasn’t just their hustle, but the way they did it—with genuine smiles, total professionalism, and a “we’ve got your back” attitude the whole time. I have honestly never seen valet staff go so far out of their way to help a guest. If you come here, ask for Andres and Rolando. Trust me, they’ll take care of you like no one else. Absolute rock stars at the front door!

We recently stayed at this hotel, and it was truly an amazing experience. From the moment we checked in, the reception staff made us feel so welcome and provided exceptional service—it was such a smooth and pleasant process. The bar and pool area were beautiful, and we were lucky to enjoy perfect weather during our stay. Our room was spotless, spacious, and easily one of the best we’ve experienced in a hotel. Every request we had was handled quickly and with great care. Overall, the service and atmosphere made this one of our favorite hotel stays yet.
