Booked specifically a room with ocean view. Got a room with a construction view that didn’t let me sleep. Room was supposed to be a king size bed but got a queen size bed. What did I pay my money for?

My stay was good, the staff was friendly. They provided beach chairs unfortunately they were not near the hotel. We had to go far to the Ritz Carlton to use the chairs. There were beach chairs close to the hotel. We had to pay.
I told the front desk and did not make me feel comfortable with there answer. I would have to give it some thought on rebooking this property.

O hotel é muito bom. Fica próximo ao aeroporto de Fort Laudardale. Café da manhã muito honesto com café, capuccino e bebidas de café em ótima máquina. Servem queijos, iogurtes, pães ovos. Os pontos negativos são dois: (1) as atendentes não explicam corretamente uma taxa de 25 dólares a ser paga por dia e que pude ser usada para alimentos e bebidas. Eles só não explicam como esse valor é abatido e só no final você descobre que na loja de conveniência que tem água, refrigerante e etc ele não pode ser usado (2) o estacionamento custa 47 dólares por dia.

It is my second time staying at the AC hotel but in a different location. The property and their service are excellent. The beds are comfortable and the location in Fort Lauderdale is very close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. Everyone at the hotel is friendly and helpful. I definitely want to come back to this hotel. Highly recommended!
