I called the property before i booked a room because of the tike our flight got in. The lady that was working the night shift said to book for the day our flight got in and to call for an early check in. Thats what i did and was told something else. I used a different site to book a room for an extra night but they still gave away our room. My family was stranded until 5 am when a different hotel booked us a room. Most of the staff was rude and there was no housekeeping.

Everybody was very accommodating and everything went super well. The only thing is, is those little plug-in smelly things in the room it’s for everyone. The front desk was absolutely amazing very courteous, kind, respectful, and Jennifer the housekeeper was outstanding in her service.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. 5 minutes from the beach. Car parking on site ($10 a day plus sales tax, which is reasonable). Room had a a King Size bed and plenty of room. No room service during our short stay, which we knew about. Who needs new towels and new bed sheets every day. We just needed to obtain extra coffee pods and coffee mate each day. The room only had 1 chair, so we borrowed an extra one from the pool area.

Wonderful stay! The staff was absolutely the best--friendly, helpful, kind, professional. They were over the top! The hotel was clean, quiet and very quaint. It was also convenient for walking to the beach or restaurants/shops. I will definitely be back. We loved our stay!!

Great location! Awesome staff! The rooms look a little bit like the pictures on the Internet, that was a little bit disappointing and definitely updating needs to be done. But the beds are super comfortable. The pool was very nice and clean and walk to the beach was like two minutes.
