The front desk staff were awesome! Checked in with Michael, he was friendly and helpful. I called in a panic after checkout due to a forgotten item and he was a huge help then as well! Will definitely stay again if I'm in Fort Wayne.

We chose this hotel partly because the pool looked bigger than that of the other comparable hotels. It did seem slightly bigger than a "typical hotel pool" and was very pleasant. The water was nicely heated to a comfortable tempurature and the room was very warm to make it pleasant in the winter.
Our kids loved the pool and we enjoyed our stay here very much.

We had a good visit. Would be preferable if there was more space at the pool for parents of kids swimming. It was a bit loud and humid.

Room was clean and spacious, kitchenette was well supplied with dishes and cookware, remarkably quiet, great WIFI. My little dog enjoyed the stay as much as I did!

I will never book a room with ********** again. When I’m on business and pay for a king room I expect a king room . The hotel changed my room to a queen room because the hotel was booked . They said it was policy when booking thru a 3rd party site. I stayed on the phone texting thru hotel.com app and then at the hotel arguing with them and listening to them lie about the reason we had a queen room. From now own I will book my rooms direct with the hotel where I can talk to a person and not talk thru texting .

I stay here once a year while attending a reunion with a friend. The staff is great!! Clean, tasty breakfast, convenient and nice amenities
