Very ordinary business hotel. The experience when checking in was very ordinary, and I encountered polite arrogance (I don't know where his sense of superiority comes from). The room was newly renovated and a bit eye-catching. The room was very noisy at night, with the sound of the highway outside and the sound of the air conditioning ducts. At 12:30 a.m. on the second night, the waiter who received us on the first day of check-in banged on the door and said he would help change the towels. We didn't ask for towels to be changed at all, and there was a do not disturb sign on the door at that time. I felt very insecure. I didn't dare to stay and asked to check out early. I booked 9 nights but only stayed 2 nights, and they refused to refund the money. Fortunately, Ctrip's butler took the trouble to help communicate with the agent and the hotel, and finally only deducted one more day's room fee. I don't recommend this hotel at all. I also thank Ctrip for its thoughtful service.

It was like staying in a $175/night dorm room. Could literally hear every noise everyone else made. Poor construction. No sound proofing.

I actually look forward to visiting Ft Wayne for business. Tru makes the stay nice and comfortable. Thank you Tru. I am trying to stay at other Tru hotels as i travel frequently. I wish there were more in the vicinitys where I do business.

All the staff was nice, helpful and happy. They were laughing and talkative.
My car wouldn't start and one of the employees pulled his car over and gave me a jump start in less than 5 minutes.
They had hot Fresh quality coffee 24/7
I will stay again for sure.
