I like this hotel. They are going through some construction due to water damage back in December, but it’s still quiet. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable, and the service is great. The breakfasts are delicious, too.

The night staff was very friendly. I needed a later check out and they gave me the run around. Saying they were not authorized to do that that when I check in to do it then. When I checked in they told me the same thing but the manager will have to. Manager was rude and told me absolutely not happening.
The place is so out dated. Bathroom tub did not drain, carpet was pulling up that a tack ***** was showing. Vent in bathroom was growing dust bunny’s. Carpet was dirty. Very small elevator, and rooms. Will never return.

I have used the same location/hotel for years. Although I am not one for bad reviews/complaints….this location has gone downhill as far as a few things. The biggest issue besides cleanliness, was the pool.
We booked for a NYE swim since they have always kept the pool open until midnight….the pool was so cold that their lips were turning blue. Not even lukewarm. No one was swimming for this very reason. There were also zero towels. ZERO. We had to go to the front desk both days to get towels. Again, I have always used this location…always have had a great experience. Hopefully the issues are resolved and something is done to get it back up to what it used to be.
