Just wow. The photos on their website for this particular hotel are MISLEADING!!! There is no breakfast. No coolers full of items. No "business center." Pool is closed. When I got there, they did not have any room cards. Also added a $100 deposit to my reservation. ?? So, I sat down on the one blue couch in the space to wait. While waiting, another guest came in who had just checked in and said the room was awful, not what they reserved, and wanted a refund. Once he left, I was given a room card and told where the room was. They also had to change my reservation from two queens to a king, but that wasn't a big deal to me. I had reserved a ground-level room. I drove over to the building and realized the room was on the upper level. I was traveling alone with about 3 days' worth of groceries with me. No way I could haul all that up a flight of stairs. I never went into the room...kind of glad I didn't. Canceled the reservation and found another hotel up the road where I've stayed before. Did get my money back.
