A very new hotel, overall is good, but I stayed 4 nights, they don’t change towels everyday

The bed was broken and the lobby smelled of pot. The hotel also double charged us and have not helped whatso ever

The entire parking lot is covered in snow/ice and not plowed at all. There was nothing mentioned at the time of booking that their pool is out of service right now (severely disappointing for 2 children!).

It is so austere that my wife and I felt like we landed in a Motel 6. Several things were not up to par. The door to our room stuck so severely that we had to jiggle the door knob and lean hard into it.
The room was clean, but I kept looking for a light for the shower, but there was none. The breakfast was so meagre it could barely be called a breakfast.

This place is clean. It is NOT quiet. The walls are paper thin. Unfortunately, I had someone with small children staying in the room above mine. They were running and banging things around and whining loudly when I checked in at 4:40pm and were still going strong at 1:40am. I got no sleep. I’d have been better off saving the money and driving the 3 hours home at midnight than trying to sleep in this ridiculously loud hotel. You could hear conversations down the hall and all movements of any furniture and all walking around for rooms nearby. The staff was ambivalent to my being there. Not quite rude, but not quite helpful, either. I visit the Fort Wayne area a few times a year and live a state over. Next time, I’ll choose a different hotel. Like I said, it’s clean, (which is important to me), but ridiculously noisy.
