Nice clean small room with good king bed, big TV, good shower, and complete kitchen with a large refrigerator! Easy access to Dickies Arena and Magnolia Street.

When to Forth worth for my Son surgery at Cook Medical center. We as Out of town don't know and the Hotel was 8 minutes away..

Hotel charges $12 a night for parking

We needed a good place to stay with good access to Harris hospital. This hotel was perfect - and then we discovered it was also perfectly located for access to the Kimbell, the Botanic Garden, the Cultural district and our favorite antique spot - the Montgomery Street Antique Mall - just across the highway. We’ve stayed there several times now and the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable with a handy kitchenette. The staff have been fantastic and very accommodating. Beryl at the front desk has taken us under her wing and given us so much help and guidance. She has made the difference between an ok stay and an amazing stay.

I have been coming to this hotel multiple times over the last 6 weeks to visit a relative who is hospitalized. The accommodations are clean and comfortable, there's a nice complimentary breakfast every morning, the location is ideally located near some great restaurants, the Montgomery Street Antique Mall, and easy access to Harris Hospital. What _really_ makes this place great is the staff though. From Front Desk to Housekeeping to Maintenance to "The Breakfast Ladies," everyone seems to find genuine joy in helping their guests. Those smiles and welcomes and helpful attitudes make me feel like I'm one of the family. You can tell a lot about a place by the way the staff interacts with each other when they think nobody is looking...these are good folks who love each other and love serving their guests. My first experience kept me coming back, and now there is no place I'd rather stay.

Staff is happy, welcoming, helpful. Rooms are well appointed. Property is fairly new. Easy access to major interstate and highway without actually being on a highway front.

It was my first time trying this location. The pictures of the rooms on the website were nice but upon arriving it was very disappointing. The first room that was given to me was very old. There was a huge stain on sofa chair. I was given a second room. Had to move to a third room because the second disposal did not work. Even though the third room disposal did not work unless you take out the plastic/rubber flap (garbage disposal baffle) completely which means that when you use the disposal every guest flying out of the sink. After the third room all in one night I just decided to settle. The free breakfast was not worth it. Very small area and selection. Though the staffs were friendly I will not rebook this hotel.

Staff were very friendly! Didn’t like having to pay for parking but the place was very close to Dickies Arena and we could walk to our show. The room was clean but door to the bathroom probably needed cleaning more since it seemed smudged with make up and grime from hands. Very comfortable bed and great block out shades. Fire pit out front wasn’t functional and the outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. Slept well even with trains going by every now and again. I’d stay here again.
