"The room is always so dirty after daily room cleaning and I think the front desk staffs need to improve their service attitude towards the guesrs specially towards the Chinese regardless which country we are from. The counter staff "safe keeps" my luggages beside the dustbin on the day we checked out maybe just bec we are Chinese, the other customers luggages are nicely keep behind the counters. We are so disappointed with the services provided by Aloft fort worth downtown. The 2 good points of this hotel is the location, walking distance to the City Centre and 3 good Asian restaurants nearby."

"Very comfortable hotel. Beds were great not too soft or too firm, pillows were soft, not the hard hotel pillows! Food was not very good though, and the coffee weak. Disappointed that there was no outdoor pool, and that it was Vallet parking only! We parked on the street very close to hotel and got a parking ticket one day, but it still ended up being cheaper than their Vallet Parking! Unfortunately it colored my view of the Sheraton. I'll might find another hotel next time."

"Room is cleaned every other day. Breakfast includes coffee, juice, cake, bread, and potato chip crumbs. Soundproofing between floors is poor. The staff are decent and friendly. There's a 24-hour McDonald's nearby. Overall, it's okay."

"The ONLY ONE elevator in the building wasnt working, almost got stuck in there LOADED with people. Then we had to walk up 6 floors to the room. We tried to cancel the last night and they wouldnt let us because it was prepaid. The maid did not clean the room the entire time we were there, had to ask for towels and wash rags. The internet says there is a shuttle to the Stockyards, NOT! They cancelled that last year."
