The valet and greeters were friendly and welcoming. Our Jr. suite was very nice and clean. Pleasantly surprised that there were two tv sets, one in the living area and a secondary one in the bedroom. The indoor swimming pool area is small, but I'm not traveling with children, and it was nice that I can float. Jacuzzi was hot to my taste, yet not hot enough for my husband. The Jacuzzi did not have a strong jet stream. Unfortunately, the women's restroom is missing a sink. Breakfast was great! Fresh hot pancakes and eggs made to order. Overall, I would give it a score of 4.8. Sad that the patio area was not available to the public. Because of the location, service, and now knowing that the place is available for events, I know I will be promoting this location for my high school reunion.

There were "homeless looking" people walking the sidewalks right out in front of the building and smoking right next to us - this felt unsafe.
This property is older and dirty looking compared to newer Embassy Suites.

Service was great! There was unexpected construction due to an event happening in downtown. What normally would be a negative experience turned into an amazing one! We were greeted by Nico and Christine at the front desk. We were thanked for being Hilton honors members and informed about the hotel’s amenities and things to do in downtown!! The hotel was beautifully taken care of, great rooms, bed, and can’t forget the evening social AND breakfast! Highly recommend you stay here when visiting Fort Worth Texas!

The room and our entire experience was a complete nightmare. We came in for a concert and when we returned we were locked out of our room and not a single employee has the ability to open the door. This is more like a 1 star hotel. The pillows and bedding are what you can expect to get on an airplane. The shower was dirty, lined with a cheap and sticky shower curtain from the dollar store and one small spray nozzle spraying like warm water. Dont waste your time with this low grade establishment.
